What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is a system of recording information and reports and to be exact it’s a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
Its distinction between other systems is in that the data stored on it is shared to participants of the network. It’s almost impossible to remove or manipulate the data due to the encryption and distribution of it.
One of the most brilliant privileges of blockchain is that if a block gets hacked, the data still exist on all the other blocks; This provides a high level of security for the system.
Which wallet to use?
One Should choose a wallet that supports the required currency. However, among all the software wallets, Coinomi, Exodus, Atomic, My Celium, Electrum and Trust are considered better choices.
You should note that all the forementioned are merely suggestions and Bit.ir does not bear any responsibility on users’ wallets and problems occurring to them. Therefore, it’s important before making any choices to check your wallet thoroughly.
What is cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency term applies to the group of digital money and assets which are encrypted and used in transactions; Decrypting them is very difficult and sometimes impossible.
Typically, there is no central authority for these currencies and they are economic and fast as well. There are no geographical boundaries for them and most importantly, they keep regard for privacy.
What cryptocurrencies are available on Bit.ir?
As of now, you can change Rial to: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Dogecoin, Binance Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Tron, Tether, Cardano, Stellar, EOS, Tezos, Shiba Inu, Axie Infinity, Mana, The Sandbox and vice versa; Also, you can exchange them all with Tether and vice versa.
What are the fees on the website?
When a user decides to buy, sell or withdraw the related fees are displayed. The fees would be different by user’s level. You can check for details through this link:
How does the website security section work?
You can check the platform and the time that logged into your account from this panel, and there is the option to remove each one you desire.
You can also enable Two-factor authentication here which requires to install “Google Authenticator” app on your phone. Then, you can scan the QR code on Bit.ir.
By enabling this feature, in addition to email address and password you have to enter the time-based code appearing on the app when you want to login. Your account security enhances by doing so.

What is Demo Market?
Demo account or training account is a method for Trial Trading. It is recommended that newbies start with this account prior to trading with real money.
By demo you will learn details about our platform and trading structures; And you can practice and acquire necessary skills for trading. Ultimately, you can be more prepared to work with a real account.
You cannot withdraw available funds and profits in demo account.

Why it is necessary to verify?

What are the documents required for KYC?

How long does verification process take to complete?
After registration and filling all the required fields, if no problem exist it would take up to a few hours to confirm your verification.
What happens if I grant bank account information to somebody else?
If you give your bank and account information to a wicked or fraudster, legal authorities blame you and the full responsibility is on you.
How to deposit to Rial wallet?
Deposits to Rial wallet are done through an online gateway and the user can only use the verified card number.
Please be aware that KYC Verification must be completed. On top left of the page choose “Real Market”, then on the right menu click on “Wallet” and select Rial deposit.
In the next window enter the verified card number and deposit amount and finally click on “Payment Gateway”.
How to submit Rial withdrawal and when is it received by bank account?
In Real Market choose “Wallet” and then select Rial withdrawal. The process will be done immediately according to the requested amount, and the receiving time is subject to the bank ACH system.
Please ensure that KYC Verification is completed. On top left of the page choose “Real Market”, then on the right menu click on “Wallet” and select Rial withdrawal.
In the next window enter the verified IBAN number and withdrawal amount and finally click on “Withdrawal Request”.
How to deposit cryptocurrencies?
Select “Wallet” in Real Market, then choose the currency you want to deposit. Return to your private wallet and select the currency and click on “Send”.
Copy the currency’s deposit address on Bit.ir to your wallet and click “Send” to send it. The operation is done immediately.
How to withdraw cryptocurrencies?
Select “Wallet” in Real Market, then select “Withdraw” for the currency you want. Return to your private wallet and select the currency and click on “Receive”.
Then copy the receiving address to Bit.ir withdrawal page and click on “Withdrawal Request”. The operation is done immediately.
How much is the minimum and maximum amount to deposit and withdraw?
- The minimum amount to deposit or withdraw is 10,000 Tomans.
- Maximum daily withdrawal is 100,000,000 Tomans (50 million each bank account), and 3 billion every month.
- Maximum amount to deposit is 100,000,000 Tomans (50 million each bank account).
- The minimum value to each trade must be 100,000 in Tomans.
How to perform buy/sell operations on Classic Market?
First, you have to register and complete your KYC verification. Then, deposit Rial or cryptocurrencies to your wallet.
In Real Market, choose the currency you like and in the next window you’ll see the live chart for it. Below this chart, on the left side you can buy and on the right side you have the sell option.
You can choose the price from the order book; And if you don’t see your desired price, you may enter it according to the live price and wait for it to process.

I have placed my buy/sell order, how long does it take to process?
On Bit.ir buying and selling are done on a P2P basis (Users buy and sell according to available placed orders); When you’ve placed yours in the order book, you must wait for it to gets picked by another buyer/seller.
